Cliburn Signal box can accommodate up to four people, however prices quoted are for TWO guests sharing the double bed and an additional charge will be added for extra guests or those requiring separate beds.
Booking:
There is a minimum stay of THREE nights.
All returning guests will receive a discount of 5% in addition to any other offer.
Week long bookings or longer run Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
Bookings of seven days or longer receive a discount of 30% off the standard daily rate.
Weekend bookings run Friday to Monday.
Mid-week bookings run Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday for 3 night stays.
Mid-week bookings for 4 nights Monday to Friday offer four nights for the price of three (one night free).
Arrivals are after 4pm and departures before 10.30am.
Please note that we will also consider arrival/departure outside these days subject to availability, but this may incur additional charges, due to the need to rearrange the cleaner. Please contact us to discuss.

How to Book
Please use the availability selector to calculate the total price of your stay. When you place your booking you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to pay
A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms booking, with full payment of the remainder of the rental and refundable good housekeeping bond to be made at least four weeks prior to arrival.
A £100 refundable good housekeeping bond is required four weeks prior to arrival and will be used to cover the cost of the replacement of any breakages, repair of any damage or excessive cleaning required after your stay. The good housekeeping bond will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer as soon as possible after the property has been inspected and cleaned.
Prices include all electric and heating, towels, bath-mat, tea-towel and bed linen (which will be exchanged on a weekly basis).
A small amount of wood is provided for guests to enjoy the wood-burning stove, but further supplies should be purchased, as heating is included in the price.
